To help you achieve this, we’ve developed a new omnichannel module packed with features to break down the barriers between online and offline sales. For example, this module lets you sell across multiple warehouse locations while ensuring that the sales are attributed to individual stores.

Laying the Groundwork for AI in Retail
AI was a hot topic in 2024—and it’s here to stay. That’s why we’ve integrated AI directly into our retail system.
This integration introduces a smart prompt feature for tools used in sending text messages and emails, including the POS system, customer module, and case management.
With AI, the system generates drafts based on existing text—similar to how ChatGPT works—thus saving you time while improving communication.
EFSTA Integration
2024 marked the start of our journey towards our European expansion with an EFSTA integration.
EFSTA simplifies tax compliance across borders, making it easier for international retailers to use our system. We’re aiming for approval in 2025, enabling cross-border operations to become even smoother for our customers.
